Most tools on this site process your file (a PDF, an image, or text you paste in) in order to produce a result — for example, merging PDFs or compressing an image. When a file is uploaded to our servers for processing:

• It is automatically deleted from our servers within 30–60 minutes of upload, whether or not you download the result.
• We do not review, copy, back up, or retain uploaded files or their contents beyond that window.
• We never use uploaded files, or anything extracted from them, to train AI models.

Some tools (for example, several Text and Unit Converter tools) run entirely in your browser and never send your input to our servers at all — those are noted on the tool page itself.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and understanding overall site usage. We do not sell this information.

4. Accounts and job history

If you create an account, we store your account details (such as email address) and a history of the jobs you've run, so you can revisit past results from your dashboard. You can request deletion of your account and its associated history at any time.
