2. What the Service does

PDFConverterAI provides free, browser-accessible tools for working with PDFs, images, text, SEO/network diagnostics, unit conversion, and related utilities. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others upload your file or input to our servers for processing and return a result, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process files you do not have the legal right to use, or that contain unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to abuse rate limits or scrape the Service at a volume inconsistent with normal individual use.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for use that violates these terms.

4. Your files and content

You retain all ownership rights to the files and content you upload or process. We claim no ownership over them. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted from our servers, typically within 30–60 minutes, and are never used to train AI models.

5. No warranty / use at your own risk

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tool output (including AI-generated output) may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them, especially for anything security-, legal-, medical-, or finance-adjacent (for example, password strength results or loan/BMI calculations).

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFConverterAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or files.

7. Third-party services

The Service displays advertising served by Google AdSense and may rely on third-party infrastructure providers. Your interaction with those third parties is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may modify or discontinue tools, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
